This preliminary task is about the battle between the white and black chess pieces and the music and the shots try to portray this. The music brings about the tension between the battle between the black and white chess pieces without actually them moving at all. All the different shots were used to show different angles of the chess pieces without them instigating the battle and just let the music bring out the emotion of the battle.
